Our Materials

Sun Power gensets are build-up units manufactured using brand-new steel sheets with anti-corrosion properties and produced through a mass-production process to ensure consistent quality. All materials used are pure industrial-grade steel, with no use of warehouse steel such as angle bars, UNP stock leftovers, or similar materials.

The silent box is constructed from white steel anti-rust material, formed through precision bending and shaping before painting. All silent enclosure materials are electro-galvanized steel, providing excellent resistance to corrosion and long-term durability.

The genset is designed with a perfectly balanced center lifting point, allowing safe and stable handling. The structure is strong enough to be stacked up to three levels high, thanks to its thick steel plates and reinforced central structure with cross-bent UNP plates. The top section is equipped with heavy-duty lifting hangers, making it safe to lift using a hoist during projects that require frequent relocation.

Even after repeated lifting and movement, the doors remain smooth and do not jam, as the enclosure maintains its rigid, square box structure without deformation. This ensures reliability, durability, and ease of operation in demanding industrial and project environments.
